This is a six week program where we journey together to good health. One of the foundational principles that you will learn within this program is how to form a habit. You will learn about the enemies of your progress and how to avoid them. Below are the other goodies offered to you within this program.

Review of intake form (20 minute phone call).

Weekly 45 minute group sessions for 6 weeks with like minded individuals.

Weekly 15 minute individual check-ins.

Feedback on food journals.
